Ive just got a new all over body exercise sit on type bike im not sure how maney i need to do and for how long


as im not very fit and dont want to cause injurys...

Start out slow, 10 minutes just to see how much your body can take. If thats too much, slow it down and take it easy. You dont want to turn yourself off from the start. Work your way up and get your body used to exercising. Good Luck!!

Just do what you can without going over the top. Doing 20 minutes at your own pace is much better than 5 minutes mentally fast.
