Biking for exercise?


so im thinking that when gets warm ill start off riding 3miles on my bike either everyday of every other day. then ill go up to 5 and then up to 10. i kno i can do 15miles from fall and if i did this and eat well could i possibly lose 15-20 lbs. by june?

definitely . i like the way you think most people would starve themselves. your attitude and self esteem also make you healthy you'll definitely lose that weight maybe even more.

I ride my bike with my dad almost all summer. We do about 15 to 25 miles each ride. You should stay in fit by doing this. You don't want to be flabby for swim suit time!!! LOL

I would put some jogging in there cause biking really just builds cardio and legs.

Riding a bike is very good exercise.... And if you keep up with your plan and maintain a healthy diet, I think you could meet your goal.
