so im thinking that when gets warm ill start off riding 3miles on my bike either everyday of every other day. then ill go up to 5 and then up to 10. i kno i can do 15miles from fall and if i did this and eat well could i possibly lose 15-20 lbs. by june? definitely . i like the way you think most people would starve themselves. your attitude and self esteem also make you healthy you'll definitely lose that weight maybe even more. Good For You!!! I would put some jogging in there cause biking really just builds cardio and legs. Riding a bike is very good exercise.... And if you keep up with your plan and maintain a healthy diet, I think you could meet your goal. |
