Have you lost weight using an exercise bike? If yes, how much and how long did it take you? Biking swimming running and other cardio is the MOST effective workout. I've always been super skinny and wanted to get tone so I satrted riding my bike and swimming and boom the next thing I know I have muscles, not the big nasty muscles, the lean sexy ones. It's an amazing workout but I strongly suggest a real bike. It give you more incline, making the resistance harder. Slowly but surely. Not very much, but it definitely does help lose some calories. nope, just sit at the computer all doing something you're really addicted too and you won't feel like eating...thats how I lost weight lol This exercise is just as great as running. It works your legs, hips, thighs, butt, and it burns fat. You would loose allot of weight spending about 45 min on a bike per day. Or at least 3-4 times a week. |
