How long should I spend on an exercise bike to get the benefit? it depends on Current fitness levels Age Weight Fat to body mass etc etc every sec of exercises is off benefit You need to know your starting point and decide on your goal as a rule- start of at 5 minutes a days and then go to 10 and then 15 and then 20- this will build up stamina, and endurance- rest every other day- do not do to much at start Tell me that and the I will give you a better answer Just sit on his face instead!
