I am looking for stand to use my bike indoors as an exercise bike can anyone please help? There are a few different kinds. Some work on hydraulic fluid, some work on magnetic resistance. Check them out at your larger local bike shop or at performancebike.com or nashbar.com. Look under the "trainers" category. I have one that works on centrifugal force and I use it every day in the winter. Check it out at 1upUSA.com. If you're going to use it a lot, don't go cheap. I would suggest checking out www.nashbar.com That is where I search for cycling gear, etc. for a couple years now and have been very satisfied. I bought my indoor trainer from them and am happy with it. Just make sure you sufficiently research the product before you go ahead with your purchase.
