How good at fat burning is an exercise bike? There great for exercise, fat burning and building muscle. plus try ride on a higher gear/setting to make your legs work harder and get more of a workout as stay on for at least a certain amount of time for optimum benefit not just on and off. about 40mins plus i would advise. also if your a busy person you can always fit in time to go hop on your bike i.e. i used to go on my bike for an hour before school each morning as i have sport almost every day of the week.(busy schedule) i've only stopped because its winter where i live and the ground is frosted solid and frozen every morning!. and my favourite part was the fresh air and starring at the stars in the sky! it's great!!! but whether you mean a proper bicycle to go outside on or a gym style bicycle for indoors they are a great idea and i really advise them, as they are great for your fitness and keep you really healthy. hope this helps mate!!!!! ( - : its good if yu get some incline. try riding up a small slope or riding for a very long time on jus normal roads. An exercise bike is great at fat burning if you get your heart rate up and keep it up for at least 30-40 minutes. |
