What is better? An elliptical machine or an exercise bike?

Good morning. I personnally prefer the elliptical machine from far. I have bad sciatic and I can go forever on the elliptical compared to the exercice bike. The elliptical seems to be working all your body if you are using the handles.

Depends how fat you are. Eliptical would be where my money's at. Sitting on a bikes aint that motivating ever try running outside.
i would prefer the eliptical because it works ur body out more then the bike
out of any cardio machine, the treadmill is the best! so i would skip the other options and go for that
