I'M about to join Weight WAtchers. I also have an exercise bike that i ride.? |
I'm also jogging/running 1-2 miles a day. Do you think this combination along with good eating is a good way to lose weight? Yes, defintly. Its the only way to safely loose weight andkeep it off. Fad diets never work. I lost 60 pounds by just running and eating less and eating healthy. I look and feel better than ever. What always helps me for motivation is.. "if not now, then when? if not me, then who? " yes, definately, well done, wish i was as motivated. A diet is for life change though , it wont work on a quick fix. Weight Watchers is great. As long as you follow the program the way you are supposed to you will lose weight. The great thing about is that you don't have to change anything you eat just the habits. I still eat pizza, potato chips, everthing. I joined WW in January at 165pounds and am down to 150 and have lost 8 inches total. Just to give you an idea. And I pretty much eat whatever I want. Just in moderation and its all proportioned out. Its a great program and if you need to lose more than 20 pounds its for you. |
