What is the best amount of time a person should ride a exercise bike? |
i need too dump some weight how long should i try too ride for and how many days a week? This of course depends on your fitness level. My trainer put me on for 20 minutes - adjusting the difficulty level, as I progressed. He recommended at least 4 days a week. I'd say 20-30 minutes, 3-4 days a week. As you progress, increase difficulty. EXPERIENCE! Exercise bikes are great for warm ups. If you need to lose weight, then eat less pies! (ie. watch your diet) Dont exert yourself do 20-30 mins every other day. No strain, no pain, no gain...Start out slow and work your way up. If you don't sweat, you're not doing enough. And don't eat a donut while doing it ! For me? One hour. |
