How in the heck does a girl rupture her hymen when riding a horse, strenuous exercise or riding a bike?

Its very easy to tear the hymen, most girls probably wouldn't even notice it. I lost mine before I ever had sex, and I'm not even sure when, I think it was probably from using a tampon or something.
