Is riding an excerise bike for 30 min. good exercise?

While any physical activity is in and of itself 'good', riding a stationary bike DOES NOT give you a full body workout and in many instances is not as effective as other activities such as a brisk 30 minute walk, riding a real bike, or low-impact aerobics. To get substantial results on a stationary bike, I would suggest riding for at least 1 hour. Source(s): Take it from a fitness expert!!!!
