Any one know any good exercise routines i have a treadmill and bike?, i wana no so i can lose weight? Concentrate on your dress size and shape rather than your weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. Just excercise until you want to die is what the dietician told me. I'm being serious as well. No pain, no gain. Its true. You could always try mountain biking. But some people dont like it because it can be kinda dangerous, fast, and bump. Walking is the best (non- injury) way to start losing weight. I have a treadmill too and I hate it. It is so boring! but I do use it sometimes when I can't get out side. Try doing 1/2 mile at a time (unitl your legs give out). Aslo do as much as you can do on the bike. Watch your food intake. Be careful of fattening foods. |
