after i had fixed all the parts together, and the resistance gauge was set on the lowest degree, When I rode my new bike the pedals would not move , they are very stiff and tough even after I confirmed that the resistance gauge was set on the lowest resistance degree ( the resistance is zero ). My sister told me that you may need to lubricate it . is that true?? , can we lubricate a new exercise bike , I am worried that lubrication will ruin the pressure and the resistance system of the bike , if that happen , so what benefit could I get from buying the bike
