Exercise - inside or outside? |
Exercise bike or bike riding? Treadmill or Jogging? etc.. WHY Bike riding..I do bmx and mx Treadmill & Jogging..there both good Weather. I prefer being outside, but you need a fallback plan bike riding and jogging.....inside is just boring. A lot depends on the weather. Walking for instance, I won't walk if it is freezing out or raining hard Iwill excercise in the house. both outside at nite inside afternoon Whatever you like more. Are you an inside or outside kinda guy? Well whatever the reply, that's the answer. bike riding and jogging.......... |
