Exercise first then eat?



I just bought an exercise bike and I intend to use every morning.

Which is better?

To exercise first, then take my breakfast or
To eat first, then cycle-away the fat??

The fat from your meal probably won't be available for fuel by the time you exercise.Doing this on an empty stomach increases the likelyhood that you will burn fat during because of lack of insulin in your stream.Try caffeine and aspirin before to help release fat into your bloodstream to be used as fuelEating afterwards can speed up recovery according to research.Don't listen to anyone who tells you that you're stupid for asking this question.It's a valid question.Simply examine the syntax of anyone who calls you stupid as someone did.I think the true answer as to who might be stupid lies there. you shouldn't have a meal immediately before exercising as it can put pressure on your internal organs, as well as make you spew it up again!!
I'm not a fitness professional, but what works for me is to complete my workout and have some sort of meal within an hour of completing my workout. For me I use a protein shake that seems to do the job. Good luck with the bike!!
Eat a piece of fruit or something real light before biking...wait 10 mins then ride away. When you are done, replenish with another healthy snack.
