Exercise Routine? |
Hey im just wondering i dont know how to set my exercise routine out can you help me put it in good order jogging/weights/exercise bike/heavy bag/basketball thank you It all depends on your goals. If you are looking to build muscle, if you need to lose weight, or gain weight. To gain muscle on a thin frame you need to weight train at a high intensity 5 days a week splitting your weight training between body parts. (Such as Back on Monday, Chest on Tuesday) Keep your cardiovascular exercise to about 20-30 minutes 3 days a week. Maintain a healthy diet getting enough protein and carbohydrates to fuel muscle growth. To lose weight a weight circuit training program 3 days a week in conjunction with 30-45 minutes of moderate cardiovascular work 3-5 days a week. Circuit training with weights consists of doing exercises for different body parts back to back. Keep your diet balanced with healthy carbohydrates such as whole grains, fruit and vegetables and plenty of protein. Keep in mind, never eat less than 1200 calories per day this is a bare minimum and starving yourself will cause your metabolism to slow.
