Any exercise tips for people with a disability?



I try to keep as active as possible, I have an exercise bike and a mat to do floor exercises on. But it's just not enough. I want to lose 5 kilos (11 pounds) I NEVER eat junk, I'm a pretty healthy eater. But the term "burn more than you eat", bugs me as I'm not able to get up and go for a walk.

Water! Anything done in water you should have no problem doing. it is easier and gives better results due to the resistance of the water.

Most schools and clubs with pools have classes as well.
I would go to the local hospital or gym and ask for advice.
They should be able to help you as you havent explained what your diability is. All the best with it all!
