Ok I am a 27 year old female 5'2 and 150lbs. I would like to get down to 120lbs. I am riding an exercise bike 30 minutes a day and only eating 1600 calories a day. I want to lose weight the right way but I want to make sure that what I am doing will make me lose weight instead of doing this for a month then later finding out it wasnt enough. Is this a good daily routine?
