If i burned off 150 kilocalories on a bike how much did I really burn off? |
on a exercise bike. dont count calories burned since they are not precise if you want to lose weight you have to do cardio 4-6times a week for 30-50min and light weight training 150 "dietitian's calories" or, just 150 normal calories. The actual normal calorie is very, very small compared to a food calorie. that going to be 150 kilo.cal *1000= 150000 i think but it seems like to much to burn how long have you been on the bike |
