Any ideas for a 'at home' exercise programe?



I cant get to a gym so i got myself an exercise bike ( with rowing arms! ) and will be getting an 'ab roller' too and possibly some weights and i'm looking for an exercise programe for about 30 mins that includes all my equiptment. I think it will motivate me more if i have a programe to stick to! Thanks :)

Get lots of great music, good movies to watch and start belly dancing.

Time goes much faster with big band music. Get movies that don't have a complicated story line.

Belly dancing is based on a 4/4 rythum so pretty much any music you have will work. Isolation is the main requirement.

Move your hips slowing in a circle. Then your chest. The hip movements start at your feet and knees.

Start slowly....
Experience
jump rope, push ups, and try walking around your neighborhood
Try doing cardio and Yoga try it for half and hour a day! and if you like it alot increase your time set a goal for yourself and if you reach your goal give yourself a rest for oneday! It really helps
