Will 30 minutes of good exercise?



help me lose weight? I am also cutting down on my calories to 1600 in a day. Will this do the trick? I go on the exercise bike and work up a good sweat.

You are doing the right thing! 30 minutes of vigorous exercises 5 days a week, while limiting your calorie intake, should result in slow, but sure, gradual weight loss. The longer you maintain an exercise regime the more you will enjoy it.

I think that will help, 30min three times a week. If you are just starting a workout plan that is good, then you could increase later if you feel the need and after you get into the plan... My mistake I always make is going into something too hard and giving up quickly, keep at it! And stay away from any processed calories you can, they are the worst!
Yes - but you also want to cut down on fat consumption - eat loads of fruit aswell and fibre - becuase fibre absorbs fat. need any other help on losing weight email me as i used to work in that type of field - that goes to anyone if you want some advice email me - but im not mediacally trained.
