Can someone devise an exercise program for me using the equipment i have?



I dont know how much of each thing i shold be doing, how much, how intense, nothing. I want to loose weight but strengthen my musscles for swimming.

I have:
An exercise bike
A treadmill
A home gym

Im not that fit so i cant go that fast but i want to get fitter

You need to just get out to a gym on the outerside of home like at a public gym and stuff cuz then you can see what people do about fitness and then you can just copy cat them and get fitted up quickly cuz home gym stuff just sits around and gets rusty cuz yu never want to use it so it gets obsoleted away.
