If i eat 30 grams of fat and 1500 calories a day and exercise 2 hours on my exercise daily will i loose weight



I am 42 years old and I am getting married this summer. If I eat 30 grams of fat and 1500 calories and exercise everyday for 2 hours everyday 2 hours a day on my exercise bike will I loose weight. I plan on mgetting married in July.

I have been on every fad diet and diet pill there is. Counting calories is important, however, its what you eat that makes a difference and what form of exercise you do, not how long. Trust me, I have had 6 kids and I know what I am talking about. Eat between 1600-1800 calories a day with doing intervals of cardio with weight training. You have to change up your routines for better results. I can give you alot more information on this subject if you are open for emailing me.
Maybe....If you eat 15 grams of fat and eat 1000 calories or less, drink lots of water, Exercise constantly (but not too much), and weigh yourself constantly....I did that and I lost 13lbs in 8 days (i'm not joking)....
To lose weight, you just have to burn more calories than you consume. Depending on how much you are burning, should influence how much you are consuming.
That would definitely help burn calories. But you need to give your body some down time. At least one day a week you should not exercise to let your muscles regrow. And to reply to the first answer you should never eat less than 1200 calories a day, especially if you are exercising.
