What are some good ways to exercise indoors...?



...without expensive equipment? My main problem is my thighs. I don't have a treadmill or exercise bike.

There are some ways to exercise indoors. For your cardio fat burning workouts, you can run in place, use the stairs or a chair and step up and down. You can also do weight training to tone up your legs, the weights do not have to be heavy, light weight tone muscles.
