What's the best brand of treadmills/exercise bikes? |
As in quality and price? for a spinner, I have had some great workouts on a johnny G spinner. trainers- if you have a bike and want to strap it to a trainer, I reccommend a cycleops fluid trainer. for a gym-like excercise bike, try testing out a lifecycle bike, they aren't bad, but you don't get much in road simulation. good luck. Cycleops has a few models to choose from, but they are a bit expensive. Excellent quality and endorsed by a few professional cyclists. Cycleops. |
