Rules for ELECTRIC SCOOTERS in houston texas? |
IM planning on buying this electric scooter.. Depending on the speed, most of them you can. The one thing I know FOR CERTAIN is that in Texas, scooters (electric or gasoline powered) are licensed as motorcycles and you must have insurance and have a motorcycle driver's license. In Texas you should ride your electric scooter on the sidewalk since people in Texas drive very fast and crazy!!! Be careful. People may not see you coming! Got a helmet? |
