What do you think of electric scooters?

They're awesome. Currently I own an electric moped that cost me $1200. It goes 20 mph and 15 miles per charge. Nothing spectacular, but it gets the job done for my commute to work.

I'm actually about to upgrade to a really awesome electric moped/motorcycle though that goes up to 50 mph and 40-50 miles per charge for just $3600.

My current scooter costs me less than 1 cent per mile to recharge. It's about one-tenth the cost of refueling my Prius right now. That's impressive. Plus they're very environmentally friendly because they're so energy efficient.

Electric scooters are good compared to the IC engine driven vehicles. While considering environmental aspect, IC engines are making lot of pollutions to our atmosphere day by day, actually we are polluting the environment which shall handover to the next generation safely and securely. Today we are driving cars and HD vehicles by polluting the environment and enjoying our life.

if we convert our vehicles to electric age, then we can start recovering the environment in a massive way.

Now many car companies are started inventing the electric vehicles and few are already in the market.

Awesome investment. Gets you from point A to point B like a motorcycle would, but much safer. You cant take it on the freeway though. It's more like a really really economical 2-wheeled vehicle that you can run errands around your town in. You will need an M2 license to operate it. A good investment would be in a 250cc motorcycle. Great beginner bike AND you can ride it on the freeway.

Doesn't make a difference in gasoline. You charge it and still pay electric bills. If your talking about the environment, think if all will use electric scooters, then we would all charge it and the plant would go boost out and produce lots of pollution.... see what I mean?

They should provide Recharging Kit
or establish stations depending on solar energy
Biomass etc...
In contract with town Municipality etc
Say replaceable battery stations on wheels with GPS etc
if implementing in city

the tires are made from oil

good for lazy people
