How handicap accessible is London?

I have an electric scooter & can also walk a few steps & alittle distance
Would I have a problem taking a day trip to Paris?

I am confused, the question says London then Paris.

If you are going via, KX st pancras, the newly developed area is very wheel chair friendly, but in general, london as a whole could be more considerate, but we are getting there.
