Unless! Cannot be on the road, on the pavement. Only can ride it at your own house.

I think scooters anywhere are stupid.

Too many rules....

If regulated, it will be nice. Less polution

It is good to introduce this. There will be less noise and smoke pollution.

The traffic police should have clear and consistent rules for the operation of these scooters so that both riders and other road users know how to co-exist safely.
