Going on holiday with family soon - there will be 9 of us. Need to solve the argument of hire cars!?

need enough space to carry the 9 of us, plus 9 lots of luggage, 9 lots of hand luggage, plus my auntie's electric scooter! Any ideas?
Had some ideas but they are all very expensive, even spit 9 ways!

You can hire a bus holds 12 people, so that wil give you some extra room for luggage ect, plus you can get a roof rack

transit minibus with a big roof rack and a trailer
