Am I going insane?

I always have these spaz attacks for the smallest reasons, I asked my mom if she could pick something up like Mc donalds or something on her way back from work, and she brought me some subway with nothing but meat and ranch sauce on it. I picked it up, looked at it, put it down and went up to my room and dumped a bottle of pop on the floor, threw things at the walls, knocked over my shelves and started talking to myself, saying " Why do I live just to be betrayed and punished. Life is a waste." and kept repeating that for an hour. I pulled all of the strings out of my electric guitar and snapped all of our souvenir coasters in half with my bare hands. I weigh 90 pounds, I'm 14, havent got great grades, and am extremely weak. I really hate my life and everthing about it. I'm always afraid to go put with friends even if it's just a bike ride outside.

listen, you just need some self control, try metitation and remind yourself that things will get better. talk to people about this like your mother or father and if you don't want to do that then find some one you can talk with. Also try to get a hobbie, that should help and it would even be better if you did a sport or a group activity ideas( track, cross country, archery, fishing, marksmenship, karate, hiking, writing, cooking) and there are many more. also if you are very angry try writing your feelings out. and it would help if you got a pet to care for and also a girlfriend could help too. Also you should work on those grade so make sure that you study and also you should be more social too because eventally no matter how much you don't like it at first you will begin to like it. Also your family loves you very much, ask more questions if this didn't help.

Dude....I'm 39 and I remember going through the same stuff at your age....don't worry it will pass.....in life you go through different times where you mature some. You sound like you're in one now....you probably just don't recognize yourself right now because you're in one....when it's over you will feel MUCH better. I didn't know what was happening when I went through my first one either, but it will pass.

Indeed. You need someone to be there with you- whether it's a pet, girlfriend, new friend, whatever!
