What Dirt Bike is right for me?

I am 11 and weight 95 lbs,5 foot and am wonderind what the right size dirt bike for me would be. i want one that is not to expensve but also i want to be able to hit jumps

probably something along the lines of a small wheel 80 2stroke or CRF150R 4 stroke ...

or if those are a tad short, then a large wheel / expert 85/100 2 stroke or CRF150R 4 stroke.

the 2 stroke will be much cheaper buying in the used market since the 150R is a relatively new model and will be considerably more expensive.

Ok the main thing you have to take into consideration is what type of riding and experience.

If you plan on riding on trails or forest get a 4 stroke

If you plan on riding motocross then get a 2 stroke

If you haven't ridden before get a smaller bike and probably a 4 stroke

If you have then its up to preference

If you are looking for a Good reliable trail / both bike but at the same time cheap bike, I would suggest a TTR 125 or maby a Honda crf 100. they are the best starter bike and you can still hit moderatly sized jumps. (dont get a crf150F though they are abnormally heavy)

If motocross then I would suggest a 2 stroke 85. preferably a yamaha for they have the best reliability. Keep in mind it will take more getting used to and more maintenance.

if i were you i would probably go with the klx 140 its fairly fast for a two stroke and a perfect size for you or mabe a ttr 125E but if ur looking to grow into something i would go with the ttr125 l/le they are great bikes. two strokes are much more fun but you have to be bothered by mantenintce or mixin the oil. if you are looking to get a good bike at a good price go with the baja 125 at pepboys their only 999 my friend has one and their not so bad besides the wight

Well you have 2 options basically, a mini class race bike like the CRF150R or any of the 85 2 strokes, or a trail bike like the CRF100F. The race bike is going to be much more expensive and much faster. I would recommend sticking with a trail bike for now unless you have some previous riding experience. I think the Honda CRF100F, Yamaha TT-R125 or Kawasaki KLX140 would be perfect for you right now.

all these people are retards, theres no way you will fit on 125 and 150 dirtbikes im 5''6 and cant reach the ground very good on a kawasaki 125 2 stroke. im on my tip toes .. so maybe a yz85 or watever size around a 80-85cc

get a Kawasaki Kx85 its a race bike and It stands out with the color lime green its the size of your age class too dont listen to those other guys a 125 is way to big for your age

get a 125 but if you are looking to go inexpensive you could look at your local craigslist.org for used bikes usually you can find a good deal there
