How to shift with a dirt bike?

is it bad to shift a dirt bike without using he clutch???

My 18 wheeler had a 20 spd main box & a 6spd aux and i never used the clutch
I dont use the clutch on my jockey shift bikes half the time

yes it is bad to shift with out the clutch in time you will burn it out and have to replace it.

if its there use it. But some times when i jump i accendentilly bump the shifter w/o using the clutch ...but o weel

Not if you do it right. I've done this on some smaller road race bikes. Just make sure you back off the throttle a little before you shift.
