Does any one have..or has had a Giovanni 125cc dirt bike..pit bike?

I'm getting my first dirt bike...done the quad thing and want something different.
We are looking at these Giovanni bikes..
I know there are better ones but getting it for cheap...like $300bucks cheap.
Is this a good starter bike?....for an adult...5foot4?
Do you have one, do you like it, does it give you problems, is the kick start hard?/???????
Anything else you can tell me about them would be appreciated...keep it simple and explain PLEASE... I am mechanically.....stupid.
