Dirt bike problems Clutch problems READ HELP ME kawasaki kx80?

i have a 1997 kx80 when you start it up and put it in gear it does not grab at all then when you pull the clutch lever it grips a bit but not much whats wrong with my bike? please help me

The clutch could be worn out. It is 11 years old after all. Pull out the clutch and check its dimensions against original specifications.

the clutch discs are worn out
if you continue to run it with worn out fiber discs you will ruin the metal pressure plates and it will cost more to fix
using the wrong oil, not changing oil, not adjusting the clutch or abusing the clutch and slipping it AND an overweight rider will cause clutch slippage.
its an easy and simple fix, all you do is drain the oil, remove the right engine cover and inspect and replace the clutch plates, you will also need a new engine cover gasket and change the oil.

Clutch is too tight, Loosen cable comming from your clutch going into your engine so that there is some play/tension on your clutch before it moves the cable inside the engine :)

you need a new clutch. take it to the shop
and let them fix it.
