Dirt bike running weird?

i have an 82' yamaha xt200 and we have everything how it should be to be running (carb clean and all) but when i full throttle or run it hard it will slowly stall and popping the clutch just skids the back tire... runs OK under small throttle. what the heck could that be?

Did you check and see if your choke is on. It could be a fuel line that is clogged up as old as that bike is... and you might check to see if the air filter is too dirty to use... take it off and run it for a SHORT time, do not go through water, mud, or dust when it is off.
