Help on a new dirt bike choice.?

im 5'4 and deciding on which to get the kx250f or yz250f both fast both great but which is the best choice?

See what fits better, but I would go Yamaha yzf

Ill tell you from someone who knows. I have an 05 kx250f, and I go riding about twice a week with a friend that has a 06 yz250f. There are many aspects, im 5'8 and the kawi does sit a bit higher stock than the yami. The kawi definatley has noticably more power, but his bike handles better in the corners. If you dont plan on doing much work on the suspension, then go with the kaw, it comes with a great stock setup, but if you plan on putting a lot of mods, get the yamaha. Overall, it depends what you like. If you are going to keep it stock get the kx5250f if you plan on geting suspension and engine mods, go with the yamaha.

The only right answer is which one is most comfortable for you and fits you best. What is best for me, may not be best for you and your riding style. However, I personally like the yz better. Both are relatively close in price but you can't go wrong with the Yamaha.

the kx250f is just barely faster stock but also louder and less reliable, I'd go blue (or white)

yeah i'd go for yamaha too, my 96 yz250 didnt let me down yet
