I heard that there are spw small flaws in the dirt bike model honda crf250x?

is it true and is there anything you can do to fix them

I'm down in Oz and just bought a crf450x.
I can tell you that first ride the numberplate holder broke of and the rear blinkers filled with water. Honda gave me new ones under warranty which was great, but the dealer suggested not putting the new ones back on if I wasn't riding on the road.
I assume the x is road reg version like down here.
I have mates with 250, they go hard and they've got 1500klms with no problems so far.
just remember its a motocross bike with lights and requires the same amount of maintenance.
if its only for dirt riding in the 250 class I like the kxf,

There were some valve issues with the 2004 models, but nothing other than that as far as I've heard.
