Can i tune my dirt bike to go any faster? |
Ive got a DRZ-125L and im gettin a jet kit for it soon, but i wanted to know if theres anything i can ajust on the bike to give it more torque / power. And what kind of differences will it makes to get front / rear sprokets with more teeth? you can change the sprockets to gear it up for more top end speed but you will sacrifice low end power doing so. along with the jet kit you should be looking at air box mods for better air flow, aftermarket header pipe and muffler possibly an aftermarket cam. but then again why not just spend all that extra money on a bigger bike? Hells yes you can More teeth = quicker start increasing the air flow in, change air filter box, and better flow exhaust will improve all around power. check out a K&N air filter, headers, and non restrictive exhaust |
