What dirt bike should i buy? |
i am 14 almost 15 155 pounds 5,8" and have a budget of about 3700 also i am thinking of buying a honda crf 230 no do not get the 230... it may have the displacement but the suspension and chassis are garbage. no where near on par with the 250. get the 250 if funds allow. If you don't have the funds, get a 250 that's a year or two older. A Honda Yamaha or Kawasaki all great bikes 250 seems right ^ ^ Charlie! dude get a honda cr85 r, i have one and its a great bike I just sold a CRF230 a while back. It is a very fun trail bike and a good choice if you never plan to do any jumping or really hard woods riding. It is heavy and the suspension bottoms out even on relatively small jumps. If you plan to just do casual trail riding the 230 will be a good inexpensive bike. If you want to ride harder look at a used 2004/2005 model Honda CRF250X if you plan to ride woods or a CRF250R if you want to ride motocross. Even though the 230 is not a light weight high performance bike I absolutely loved it and wish I would have kept it when I bought the 250R. |
