My dirt bike kick start is jammed wat should i do ,or wats wrong with it but if u force it to tryit will slip?

I suspect that you have a bigger problem than your kickstart mechanism. Can you roll start the bike, DOES THE ENGINE TURN OVER, if not I suspect that your engine is seized up.
Pull the cover off the flywheel side of the motor so that you can get a wrench on the crankshaft, try to turn it both ways, if you can't move it or it moves with great difficulty you got problems
