What dirt bike could i be on i have a rt100 i have been riding it 3 months? |
what do you thank i sould be on now or do i need to get ne thang bigger Hey Justin, I think it boils down to how much you want to push yourself and how much you want to learn! If you have the room and the terrain to play with go for a more powerful bike. The type will depend on your size and the size of your wallet!! Last year I just bought my first dirt bike a YZ 250 Yamaha 2 stroke. The thing hammers. I have been riding road bikes for 10 years and have a ZX10R but the 250 is even more intimidating but you learn to ride to the machines performance and your own as well. It had taken me nearly two weeks to get used to the vicious throttle response and reaction timing required! I learned how to use the clutch to stop the power to the rear as well. Good luck mate, I hope you get a real nice machine, unfortunately, I only get to ride it once a year as I work over seas. Troy. Since it's just a Yamaha rt 100 you could upgrade to a Yamaha ttr-125. The 125 is a 4 stroke, it is taller than the 100 and has a little bit more umph. But you need to get a little bit more acquainted and more comfortable with your bike first before you upgrade since you've only had it for 3 months. But if you're wanting to upgrade, definately get the 125. Riding for years |
