What type of dirt bike is this?

I'm pretty sure that is a Yamaha TW 200.
I am not sure which it is, but, both Honda and Yamaha produced bikes that looked like this, the model was called "Fatcat". Yamaha had two different size engines for their bike, the big one was 350cc.
geo46er put me on the right track.
Yamaha's "big wheel" had like 16" wheels and 4.50 tires.
Honda's "fat cat" had ATC balloon tires.
The thing that caught my eye were the cut-outs in the front fender. Honda ATCs first used that idea.

Search the web for "honda fat cat" for other pics.
The site I posted shows a modified ATC250R into a fat cat (click the picture for a better view).
I think the bike you showed is a modified bike. Look at the rear wheel. That's not a wheel from a fat cat. It's a wheel used on Honda ATCs. You can tell by the rim. There hardly is one.
this what you call a big wheel. Most have some type of 2 stroke anywhere 80 to 300 cc. The motorcycle uses two quad tires to help add stability. These bikes acutally work well to teach people the basics of riding.
i would have to say that was a early model yamaha tw 200.
