How many cc does a dirt bike have to be so i don't have to ride with out no license or registration?

I would check with your local department of transportation or DMV. I know in Illinois where I used to live, anything under 50 cc doesn't require a special license (at least that is how it used to be). It could be different in your area. That is why you see a lot of people driivng around on mopeds, since you dont need a motorcycle license.

You can't legally ride any dirt bike on any surfaced street in the United States without it being licensed. You can ride most dirt bikes on approved state trails in most states though. Some states allow you to ride a designated trail marked on city streets to enable you to get gas, groceries and to get to a repair shop for dirt bikes and four wheelers.
