I am 6 feet high what dirt bike should i buy a 200cc or 150cc?

The only 150s that I know of are the Honda CRFs. The CRF150R is a kids MX bike to compete in the 85 modified class. The CRF150F is a very under powered trail bike so you can scratch both of those off your list. The 150F is way to small for you anyway. I am also not aware of any 200 except the old XR 200 or the Kawasaki KDX 200, which is a great trail bike by the way. If you are a beginner the CRF230 would be a decent choice but if you plan to do any hard trail riding, MX or Hare Scrambles move up to a race bike. Post again with the type of riding you plan to do, your experience level and how much you would like to spend and I'll try to give you a more precise answer.
