there is no way u will find a klx 125 for $100 if i were u i would buy a cheap knock off bike or spend more money
You may be able to find a project bike at a salvage yard and work on it piece by piece, but to get a new one for that price you would have to buy it from the guy with the trench coat on the corner.

UH, DUHHH. 1st problem is a 125 is a 2-stroke. 2nd problem, You might find a 99-07 for 1 to 2 THOUSAND dollars, not hundred and even at 1000-2000 dollars it will need some work
You won't find a bike like that for much less than $1000
