Whats the best deal price wise for a dirt bike helmet? i cherish my precious head but unfortunatly my passion for bikes outways my budget. when i bought my bike used for a steal i got a helmet thrown in with the deal. thats probably about as good as you can get it. besides that dealers will usually put together a package (not so top of the line gear thrown together for about a 100/200 price) good helmets will cost you 200/300 dollars alone. so my advice - tuck and roll! :) Source(s): ive got a crappy kbc helmet. its better than nothing and it has protected me fine so far *knock on wood* try to avoid head to ground contact at all costs...not even a top of the line shoei helmet will prevent damage in the nastiest of falls. always keep you head on a swivel and stay sharp. besides that you just gotta hope for the best FREE IS ALWAYS BEST BUT $39.99 IS A GREAT DEAL DEALER 7 YEARS when riding a bike , its not if you wreck but when you wreck, buy the best you can, you only have 1 head $40 dollar helmet. goes with your $40 dollar head..... my heads worth a lot more than that.. 35 years riding & still living |
