Never heard of the brand. I'd say no good. Stick with a known brand - yamaha/honda/kawasaki/suzuki.
Coolster is a very low end Chinese brand. How low? A dealer selling Tank scooters which at the time were about as low as you could go and still be getting your money's worth said that Coolsters weren't any good, and back then when I found their website, it was just a joke. In some cases in the scooter section, a model would be accompanied by a photographs of two slightly different models, apparently you got whichever they happened to have when you ordered. I would definitely steer clear of them. Ifn you're looking low end, and must have low end, give Roketa or Tank a look, both are not great, but Tank claims to be getting better, and while Roketa is hit or miss, when its good, its a great deal but only ifn you get lucky.
