im trying to wire together stator plate ,cdi unit, coil ,kill switch, can some tell me how to get a spark at my plug with this lot
What's a jap clone dirt bike? Sounds like a homemade piece of junk. Without knowing the year, make, engine size & model # of the bike, there's no way anyone can give you any info you could use. If the bike had points, I could tell you how to wire it up. But the fact that it has a CDI unit, I can't tell what color the pulse generator, pick up coil & stator wires are, or what colors they plug into the CDI.
