Your height is about average; any bike would suit you. If you were 5'2", then we'd have to do some digging...but in your case, find a local dealership, and try sittin on a few bikes that catch your eye.

I'm 5'8" too
the TTR 230 should fit and might even be a little be short. you might move up to a TTR 250 or even a WR250 for additional suspension and performance engine.
you are the same height as my mom and she is 40. and she has a ttr125l and its actually abit fast for her... might be a bit small... if it is then you should get a 230
